Future Technological Management & Automation, Use of Artificial Intelligence in Supply Chain.
Module 6: SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Supplier Selection/ Evaluation/ Performance Measurement, Supplier Quality Control.
Module 7: SALES, LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION
Sales evolution, E-Commerce, Roles, service providers, Reverse logistics, Cross docking.
Module 8: CUSTOMER & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Module 9: IMPLEMENTATION & OPERATIONS
SCOR Model, VMI, MRP, MRP2, ERP۔
Module 10: LEAN MANAGEMENT
Types of Wastes, Lean Principles, Lean Thinking & Tools.
The participants will work on real life projects on selected topics and tools, preferably from the organizations in which they are working. The projects will be of a practical nature and should be completed within the stipulated time frames.
