LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT (LSSGB)
The Lean Six Sigma methodology is a systematic application that is focused on achieving significant financial results and increasing customer satisfaction through data based/ quantitative problem solving tools. When properly deployed on carefully selected business projects, this methodology can lead to significant reduction and elimination of defects, process, process waste and out of control processes which translates into dramatic business gains. This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training teaches and prepares individuals to implement the principles, practices, and techniques of Six Sigma in a support capacity on a Black Belt project team. LSSGB are involved in Process Improvement Projects. They collect and analyze data, develop process maps, carry-out statistical analysis and design of experiments to solve chronic and deep rooted quality and efficiency related issues.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

3: ANALYZE PHASE

4: IMPROVE PHASE
Design of Experiments (DOE), Mistake Proofing, 5S Practices
