Service delivery standards of Hospitals (SDSH) is the key arrangement to any country’s population with effective, efficient, fair distributions of resources, and funds for organized infrastructure to thrive well. It becomes a highly competitive and rapidly growing needs special attention from different domains. The balanced health care system depends on the patient rights, patient safety and the managing the organization facilities through efficient, effective manner and focusing on improving access, coverage and quality of healthcare services. In this course, we will discuss SDSH of Sindh in depth and ends with challenges, recommendations to improve health care reforms and its utilization.
To develop competent Healthcare professionals for Hospitals who can effectively implement Sindh Healthcare Service Standards in their organizations.
There is no minimum education or work experience requirements that specifically need to be fulfilled in order to get admission in SDSH course; however, a minimum of two years experience in the field of healthcare quality management is recommended.
Qualified participants will be awarded with a Certification upon completion of course material, as well as qualifying the exam.

The participants are required to work on real life projects on selected topics and tools, preferably from the organizations in which they are working. The projects will be of a practical nature and should be completed within the stipulated time frames. A project report will be submitted in accordance with the laid down criteria, format and coverage.
The faculty is derived from a pool of qualified practitioners and academicians with sound track record and expertise in the field.
Course material, class notes and slides will be provided by trainers in hard/soft form.
This is a professional course and will involve a number of higher level teaching methodologies like didactic lectures and interactive discussion sessions. The course is spread over four months to allow inter-session study. In this respect participants will have to carry out timely study, investigations, and assignments to grasp the subject. Discussions are focused on the key points, critical thinking, experience sharing of fellow professionals and building professional maturity.
