Implications of Quality 4.0 for the Future of the Quality Profession

Dr. Gregory H. Watson, EUR. Ing., has been a quality professional for over 40 years and is one of the world’s leading experts in this field. He is a past-President and elected Honorary Member of the International Academy for Quality (IAQ) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He was the first non-Japanese individual to be awarded the W.
