LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT (LSSGB)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belts (LSSGB) serves in Process Improvement Projects in companies. They collect and analyze data, develop process maps , carry out statistical analysis and design of experiments to solve chronic and deep rooted quality and efficiency related issues. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a middle level program which aims to provide medium level capabilities to run six sigma projects under the supervision of Black Belts. Green Belt training is for most of the HoDs and key process improvement designated persons drawn from focused production and other service departments. The six sigma teams work on frequent basis to reduce waste and improve quality.

Project Selection & Prioritization, Project Metrics, Process Mapping, Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Calculating Process Performance Metrics, Six Sigma Team Dynamics & Management
2: MEASURE PHASE
Collecting & Summarizing Data, Graphical Methods, Process Characteristics, Basic Descriptive Statistics, Process Capability & Performance, Introduction to Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Pivot Analysis and categorizing complex data into meaningful information, Introduction of Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
3: ANALYZE PHASE
Data analysis in depth, Why-Why Analysis, C&E Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Analysis Methods Root Cause Analysis, Analysis of variance (ANOVA)
4: IMPROVE PHASE
Design of Experiments (DOE), Mistake Proofing, 5S Practices
5: CONTROL PHASE
Basics of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Maintaining the Controls, Sustainable Improvements
LEAN MANAGEMENT TOOLS
Cycle Time Reduction, 5S & Kaizen, 7 Waste Elimination, Kanban, Just-in Time (JIT), Takt Time, Line Balancing, Value Stream Analysis (VSA).
