This is a short Level-2 Course on Quality Assurance to provide the fundamentals. The course covers advance tools like Six Sigma, Quality Circles / Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Balanced Scorecard and KPI Development. Quality Assurance & Management is one of the core elements of any business organization in manufacturing, service & government sectors. It has attained a high level of maturity in the developed countries but still at low maturity level in under-developed and developing countries, including Pakistan. Quality Assurance is a broad based subject which deals with how to measure, control, standardize and continually improve the products and services of organizations through effective standardization, improvement and enforcement of policies, strategies and processes. This course provides the foundation in understanding of core elements of the Quality Assurance for multi-discipline professionals
