Dr Jorge Román is currently an International Consultant in Business Excellence & Benchmarking at Dubai Police Headquarters. His areas of expertise is in Quality Improvement and Business Excellence in services and products. He is an author of two books, “Six Steps to Building a Culture of Quality”, and “Business Process Management Applied to Business Excellence & Benchmarking”.
Dr. Jorge’s talk will focus on the tools to build a customer centric organization utilizing the most up to date customer service strategies for building and sustaining a culture of service excellence.
