APPAREL MANUFACTURING PROFESSIONAL (AMP)

INTRODUCTION:

The objective of this course is to train participants on best    practices in Apparel Manufacturing. This course will impart in-depth and practical understanding of these processes through: Knowledge of “best practice” processes, Tools to implement the processes. Training will be imparted through: Classroom lectures, Group discussions, Practical Assignments and case studies. To compare production data in terms of SMV target fulfilment, line efficiency, bottlenecks, capacity utilization in both cases- traditional production line and lean production line. To compare the productivity factors like, inventory analysis, space utilization, defects analysis in both traditional line and lean lines.
