LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT (LSSGB)

The Lean Six Sigma methodology is a systematic application that is focused on achieving significant financial results and increasing customer satisfaction through data based/ quantitative problem solving tools. When properly deployed on carefully selected business projects, this methodology can lead to significant reduction and elimination of defects, process, process waste and out of control processes which translates into dramatic business gains. This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training teaches and prepares individuals to implement the principles, practices, and techniques of Six Sigma in a support capacity on a Black Belt project team. LSSGB are involved in Process Improvement Projects.

2: MEASURE PHASE

Collecting & Summarizing Data, Graphical Methods, Process Characteristics, Basic Descriptive Statistics, Process Capability & Performance, Introduction to Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Pivot Analysis and categorizing complex data into meaningful information, Introduction of Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

3: ANALYZE PHASE

Data analysis in depth, Why-Why Analysis, C&E Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Analysis Methods Root Cause Analysis, Analysis of variance (ANOVA)

4: IMPROVE PHASE

Design of Experiments (DOE), Mistake Proofing, 5S Practices

5: CONTROL PHASE

Basics of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Maintaining the Controls, Sustainable Improvements
