P.D.C.A AT WORK IN PUBLIC SECTOR

Brigadier Ahmad Riza Siddiqi is an Electrical Engineer. He is also a graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta. He has held variety of appointments in the Pakistan Army. This rich experience has helped him develop his own thoughts about various management techniques. He is author of two books namely ‘Economics for Engineers’ and ‘Lecturing’. He contributes regularly to various journals. Presently he is Director Inspector and Technical Development in the Pakistan Army.
