PIQC Course Feedback

I am grateful to have studied and completed this program. The learning material was comprehensive and practical which developed my knowledge of modern quality assurance practices, whereas interacting with peers from different countries led to insights into quality management in various industries on a global scale.

Being recognized as the second best in my class is an honor and it also reflects the expert instruction and support offered by the institute’s faculty, whom I am thankful to. I also appreciate Uganda Revenue Authority for sponsoring my participation in this valuable program. The knowledge and skills gained are crucial to enhancing the efficiency of URA’s business processes as well as compliance to international quality standards.
